Getting Started — A Quick-Start Checklist for Providers

A practical five-step checklist to help providers take their first actions with Evive — from watching the demo and browsing lessons to identifying a first client and exploring state resources.

You Don't Need to Do Everything at Once

The most effective integration starts small. A single well-timed recommendation — to the right client, at the right moment in treatment — is more valuable than a comprehensive rollout that never happens. Use this checklist as a starting point, not a to-do list.

Your Five Starting Actions

  • Watch the video demo at the top of this Knowledge Base. It takes less than five minutes and will give you a clear picture of what your clients will see

  • Browse the Lesson Database and find two or three lessons that align with what you're currently working on with clients

  • Download the client-facing handout from the Resources section — leave one in your waiting room or save it to share digitally

  • Identify one client who might benefit from Evive this week and plan how you'll introduce it

  • After your first introduction, note the client's response and check in with them at your next session — this follow-up is the single biggest driver of engagement

Once You're Up and Running

  • Explore your state-specific portal for any access codes, co-branded materials, or state-funded resources

  • Review the Analytics Center to understand how clients are engaging between sessions

  • Consider which clients in the Affected Individuals pathway might benefit from having their own Evive access

  • Attend a provider webinar (watch for announcements through the portal) to connect with other clinicians using Evive and share what's working

Provider Note

The best way to introduce Evive confidently is to be familiar with it yourself. If you have questions not answered in this Knowledge Base, reach out through the portal — we're actively building this resource based on provider feedback.
